1. What products does Omnibasket sell?

Omnibasket offers trending gadgets, home decor items, kitchen accessories, fitness products, and collections for men, women, and kids. Products are selected for daily use and practical value.

2. Do you deliver all over India?

Yes, we deliver across India to all serviceable pin codes using trusted courier partners. Delivery timelines depend on your location.

3. How long does delivery take?

Orders are usually delivered within 3–5 working days. Metro cities may receive orders faster, while remote areas can take a little longer.

4. Is shipping free?

Shipping is free on eligible orders as shown on the product or checkout page. For smaller orders, a standard shipping fee may apply and will be clearly shown before payment.

5. What payment methods are available?

We accept UPI, debit cards, credit cards, net banking, and Cash on Delivery on select pin codes.

6. How do I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link by SMS or email. You can use this link to check delivery status at any time.

7. Can I cancel my order?

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible. Please contact support as soon as possible if you wish to cancel.

8. What is your return policy?

Returns are accepted only for wrong or defective products within 3 days of delivery. A full unboxing video is required to approve any return or exchange request.

9. When will I receive my refund?

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method. It usually takes 8–15 working days for the amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank.
