Cancellation Policy
At Omnibasket, we understand that plans can change. This Cancellation Policy explains when and how an order can be cancelled and how refunds are handled.
1. Order Cancellation Before Dispatch
You may request cancellation of your order before it is dispatched from our warehouse.
To cancel an order, contact us through one of the following official channels:

Please mention your order number while requesting cancellation.
If the order has not been packed or shipped, it will be cancelled and a full refund will be initiated to the original payment method within 1–2 working days.
Cancellation requests sent through Instagram, Facebook, or other social media platforms are not considered valid.
2. Order Cancellation After Dispatch
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
If you no longer wish to keep the product after dispatch, you must accept the delivery and then raise a return request as per our Refund & Return Policy. All return conditions will apply.
3. Cash on Delivery Order Cancellation
Cash on Delivery orders may require confirmation through call, SMS, or WhatsApp before dispatch.
If a COD order is not confirmed, it may be cancelled automatically.
Repeated cancellation or refusal of COD orders may result in the COD option being disabled for future purchases.
4. Prepaid Order Refunds
If a prepaid order is cancelled successfully before dispatch, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method such as UPI, debit card, credit card, or net banking.
Refunds usually reflect within 3–7 working days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
5. Seller-Initiated Cancellations
Omnibasket reserves the right to cancel an order in the following situations:
The product is out of stock or discontinued
The delivery address is incomplete or incorrect
The order is flagged as suspicious or high risk by our payment or security systems
If an order is cancelled by us, you will be informed and a full refund will be issued if payment was already made.
